My beginners’ class is suitable for people interested in improving their core stability and posture.
It is a non-impact class, suitable for adults of any level of fitness. The class is suitable for people who are new to Pilates, or lapsed participants.
The class size ensures that every client feels they receive the tuition and help that they need as well as enjoying the benefits of being part of a group.
